*Windows ’98 start-up noise* Welcome. You’ll notice I use a lot of W’s on my website. WZB, who, what, website, Wesley, wombo, or whatever I think is worth showing to the world. But the most important "double u" to pay attention to is the “why” I work hard on these projects.

I want to empower people to have new enriching experiences in the outdoors to greater humanity's appreciation of nature and everything it has to offer, through my continual pursuits as a designer, volunteer, and an outdoor enthusiast.

I know what you are thinking. “What is this weirdo with the double u's doing to walk the walk?” Well, I have been working towards this goal for most of my life. I currently work at FORMSTUDY as an Industrial Design II, and was lucky enough to work with some awesome people at Fishpond, Marmot, GRAYL, MHM, CO.ALITION, LPK, GoSun Stoves, and Camp Manatoc. While working at GoSun, the team was awarded the 2016 CES Innovation Honoree in Eco-Design and Sustainable Technology for the GoSun Grill.

When I am not working, I fill my time with hiking, climbing, backpacking, camping, running, whitewater rafting, volunteering, sketching, sewing, woodworking, and natural indigo-dyeing. What kickstarted my outdoor endeavors was growing up next to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Ohio, and earning my Eagle Scout Rank in 2012.

Whether or not you enjoyed this bombardment of alliteration, I hope you can see my commitment to the wilderness in all aspects of my life. Let me know if you want to work together on any of your outdoor passion projects in the future!
